The individual and personalized trainings are one of the most important aspects of the BSE program. These are the differentiating elements in the player’s development. These are based on:

  • Small groups of players (maximum 4).
  • Individual sessions focused on positions (Playmakers, Guards, Shooting guards, Forwards, Power forwards and Post players).
  • Specific sessions classified by age/category (specific trainings for cadets, juniors and seniors).
  • Sessions to develop and improve the specific fundamentals of the player.
  • These trainings are taped, analyzed and commentated on with the players so they are aware of their progress.
  • The level of these trainings is adapted to the necessities of each player once an initial evaluation has taken place.
